ZF 7363 AP No Wireless Options

I recently updated our ZF 7363 AP with the newest hardware. However, upon restart, I currently have no options for selecting the wireless Radio's on the left hand side menu. I have tried to downgrade firmware and it all stays the same. Can someone help with this problem? It s a standalone AP. Here is a picture of what i see.

Have you closed and reopened and/or changed the browser?

I have closed/reopened/used different browsers all having the same outcome.

My hunch is that it's a possible issue with hardware and would need a exchange.

Yes, do a hard-reset (several times), and try again. If that doesn't work...RMA is probably the only answer.

I did hard-reset the AP 3-4 times in a row with unplugging it a few times and it finally was restored to normal. It is in a working environment now with no problems. Thank you.
