T series/ R700 reboot PoE switch will can't boot up

Any person has similar experience?
I am using Cisco switch with T300 series AP and R700 AP with SCG
Recently some of the AP will can't boot up after reboot the PoE switch
Some of them will return to original firmware from ZD
Some of them will return to original firmware from SCG

I am using Cisco switches with no issue, same combination of R700 and T300. I also deployed with T301s. What switch model are you using?

Sounds like the units are defaulting back to the backup image on the ap. This can occur if an update is corrupt. We use a zd and SG300 switches with no issue. Can you log into the apartment and download the log. A ruckus technical person can review it and find out the error occurring.

After checking it seems that the CLI script make the AP can't boot up and I open another post for it
Actually the code should not make it happened but we can reproduce it.

Please provide your AP firmware version and switch model/firmware version to Tech Support,
as we'd like to see a reproduceable issue too.

You don't need the line "file b" or the second re-definition of the fw version.

You should add a "reboot" command to the end.

It is two separate file one for 2.4g another is 5g so u mean each of it should add reboot at the end ?

Yes, you can execute these as two different scripts, one for each radio.
Or, you can configure both radios of your APs at once too.

Good grief. Just do a hard reset, login with super
sp--admin, and reload the Base 104 image. Then you’re back to brand new factory condition.
