My process for tuning larger deployments involves assessing how loud neighbouring APs hear each other at. Doing this with Ruckus is a little confusing for me due to the Neighbor report on each AP's page (in SZ 5.1.x) as only the SNR value is reported.

So here's my theory....
Received dBm = reported noise floor + SNR
For example:
With Noise floor of -97 + SNR of 33dBm = -64dBm RSSI

Can anyone confirm or correct this for me?

Bonus points if someone can tell me what the hardcoded RX-SOP is on Ruckus APs/firmwares 🙂
