topic Ruckus 7762s - Yellow/Red status LEDs, won't boot in Access Points - Indoor and Outdoor

I have a large outdoor network that still includes many Ruckus 7762 APs. Over the years I've accumulated a number of the 7762s that won't boot, just hang on Yellow/Red status LEDs (POE power) and I've considered them dead.

However, before I scrap them, I'm want to confirm whether or not there is a way to fix them. Obviously power is still getting to the board - is there some component that can be replaced or reset on the board? I'd hate to throw them away if it was something simple that just required opening up the radio.

thanks
