      <description>Questions:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the AP rebooting or are the clients juts disonnecting - whats the last known reason in the support log for AP rebooting if this is the case?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Whats does the support log on the AP say when the clients are disconnecting?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the AP on a ZD if so can you debug the clients that are disconnecting?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is channel fly enabled on all of your AP's?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How many AP's do you have on the top floor and how close together are they?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is this a MESH network?</description>

      <description>The clients keep disassociating and then re-associating them selves to the wireless. The AP's we use are the 7372 models and our ZD is the ZD1100. I am not that technical when it comes to ruckus products. I do not know how to debug the client's. I do not know if channel fly is enabled on all our AP's the only thing I see concerning channels is Smart Select which is enabled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have one AP 7372 on the top floor. The AP's are located in the middle of each floor. We have a three floor building, that is ground floor, first floor and second floor.&amp;nbsp;</description>
