Hi Sander,

T350 series is yet not supported on Unleashed platform and hence No. The latest code that came few days back (200.10) supports outdoor unit series T310, T610, T710, E510 and T750's only.

@vineet_nejawala Hi, thank you for your reply. According to the datasheet the T350 is supposed to support unleashed: RUCKUS T350: Outdoor 802.11ax 2x2:2 Wi-Fi Access Point (ruckuswireless.com)

Hi Sander,

Yes it would support Unleash but from code 200.11 which is still to be published. Current available code 200.10 doesn't support this model.

T350 platform support :

1) SZ : 6.0 release

2) ZD : 10.5 release

3) Cloud : 21.07 release

4) Unleashed :200.11 release

5) IOT : 1.8 release

Sander, being new to RUCKUS you're probably not aware yet, but when we release new AP'S, they'll usually launch with SmartZone and ZoneDirector support, with Cloud and Unleashed support usually in the next release of each. Once you get used to our launch schedules you'll be more prepared to know when you can expect Unleashed on any given new Access Point. The supported versions is usually part of the new AP announcement. Feel free to ask any RUCKUS SE for the projected release date of the version you're looking to move forward with.
