Hi all,

I have 2 Ruckus Zoneflex T750 connected to a Ubiquiti UniFi USW-Pro-48-POE Gen2 switch. This switch is able to provide PoE++ (802.3bt) power. The T750's are connected to the POE++ ports. The AP's boot up and once they are booted will stay online for approx. 30 seconds and then power down to repeat the whole cycle again. Does anyone know if there is a special configuration that is needed for these AP's to work on this switch? Anyone else experienced a similar issue perhaps and knows how to solve it?

Thanks!

Hi Sander,

Try to set POE out power on SW ports manually and also do the same on AP.

Login to AP CLI and run below command.

set power-mode (hit enter, it will show you all the available power mode options)

To verify, run below command.

get power-mode

Below are the power mode supported on T750.
