I have ruckus r-300 access point i am trying to connect it to a zone director and it is getting connected but status is disconnected can any one help me on this

Dear aja y, can be the ap firmware, see if the ap is not with unleashed or sz firmware.

hi ajaypls confirm the software version on AP and ZD model no and its software version..do both these AP on same subnet or different?what is message in event's & activities roght after AP is disconnected?

Hi, are you sure your ZD has enough licenses?

Apart from having enough licenses to support the number of APs - please check that the SW version of the ZD is at least 9.7 as this is the earliest version that supports the R300.
