&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I would recommend you need to press the reset button for 15-20 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Afterwards; if the login screen still does not accept the default credentials, then try a different web-browser, I sometimes have this issue with Firefox with brand-new out of the box APs.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I am having trouble to setup an access point that I have here. The AP is the Ruckus T310c.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I have made an reset to factory setting by clicking for more than 4 seconds in the button right next the ethernet port.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I had configured the PC ip address to 192.168.0.5 and the gateway is 192.168.0.1.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Open the web browser and typed 192.168.0.1 and appears the login page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;But i put the default credentials and they do not work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;username: super&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;password: sp-admin&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I am missing something here?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
