Internet not working on SZ100 and AP R700

on initial setup of SZ100:

1 port group
IP address 192.168.1.101
subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1 (DSL Internet Modem)
Primary DNS 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS 192.168.1.1

AP connected to port 2 of SZ100:
Ip address 192.168.1.50
subnet 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.1

Port 1 of SZ100 is connected to switch and switch is connected to internet modem
Test wlan is created at controller but every device is stuck on
"obtaining ip address"

no device is able to get ip from test wlan.

please help me with this situation.

did you configure vlans ?
does it work when you configure a static ip address on your wifi device ?

i did not configure vlans on my controller and i did not give static ip on the wifi device.
how wifi device is able to get dynamic or auto ip from the controller?
do i have to give Control Nat Ip under network settings on SZ100 and it should be similar to the controller ip so that wifi device get auto or dynamic ip?

the main question is that how the wifi device gets the auto/dynamic ip from the controller for internet access?

Hi,
This model controller does not have a build in DHCP server. So you need to have a DHCP server on your network to provide IP addresses to the clients.

I need to add DHCP server credential on the SZ100 and at which tab I have to add these credential???

Tell me by default Wlan is on Vlan1 or I have to enable it under common settings
if by dhcp using Vlan1(default vlan)

further more under network settings the default gateway should be ip address of the DHCP server?
