We have a NAC solution on my network and I recently deployed a few
R720's. I noticed that all ports where the 720's are connected show two
MAC addresses. I compare the MAC address entries for all other AP's and
they all show one MAC. Port Gi1/0/44 has an R720 and port Gi1/0/45 has
an R710. No clients are connected to them.

Vlan Mac Address Type Ports
---- ----------- -------- -----
1 ec58.ea1a.e360 STATIC Gi1/0/44
1 ec58.ea1a.e364 STATIC Gi1/0/44
Total Mac Addresses for this criterion: 2

-------------------------------------------

Vlan Mac Address Type Ports
---- ----------- -------- -----
  1 348f.2724.a7a0 STATIC Gi1/0/45
Total Mac Addresses for this criterion: 1
