Could you check Ruckus P300 specification as below.

The catalog indicated “the P300 supports throughputs up to 500 Mbps and offers performance up to 100 Mbps at 8 km (LoS).*

* When used with optional external antenna”,

In their verification, please check at what distance 500Mbps was achieved and what the transmission speed would be if the distance increased to 10km.
When use the optional external antenna, please check whether the 21DBi antenna or the 24DBi antenna to be used as shown in the catalog.
Get the pole mounting information.
