Can 7731 use declared Indoor channels?

We have a customer that would need to use channels 36, 40, 44 or 48 for a PtP link.

Can a 7731 be configured to use those channels.

the only way I see how is by setting the Country code to Russia, but can it be done via CLI for other CCs also?

Nope, those indoor channels cannot be used by 7731 bridges. You will not see
them offered as options in the channel selection choices.
