My problem is I cannot connect to SSID A on 1 of my R700 and it says that could not get ip address, but I can connect to SSID B without any problem. Please help.
Hi Giovanni,

Is it possible to take a capture on the DHCP server side and see if the DHCP request is coming from the AP when connected to the SSID A?
Is this SSID tunneled?

If the packet is not hitting, check if there is any config override done on this AP.
Try deleting the AP from the controller and add it again.

Hi Giovanni,

Could you check the switch port configuration for problematic AP and make sure it is same as other switch ports where working APs are connected?

Are you using managed switch? If yes, disconncet the network cable from switch side for problamatic AP, configure this port as access port with VLAN of SSID-A and now connect a laptop.

If laptop gets and IP then it means switch side configuration is correct.

Regards,
Syamantak Omer
