      <description>I had hold the hard reset button for 10 seconds but nothing happen.

      <description>Have you tried pressing and holding the reset button for like 2 or 3 minutes?
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
If not try it and see if it helps. Sometimes they come back from this.
&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
Which LEDs are ON? All or just some?</description>

      <description>After factory reset, I cannot reconnect back to my ZF2942 anymore. Tried holding hard reset for 3mins but no luck.</description>
