We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Active Directory domain, which is a RADIUS server. We have ZD1200 ZoneDirector, one of our SSID's uses the RADIUS server to authenticate with username and password. For our Mac clients this works fine, the clients connect to the SSID, they're asked for a username and password then they are connected.

However for our PC users, they connect to the SSID, are asked for a username and password but get a result Could not connect to the network. What we have to do is manually connect to a network by manually creating a network profile.

This has only started happening since we installed Ruckus with ZoneDirectory, was previously working fine with HP AP's.
