Can't see my network on 802.11n card

I have R650 APs and a Zone Director 1200. I can't see the network on a laptop with 802.11n card. I can see the network with 802.11ac. Any ideas why I can't see the network? Any settings I'm not aware of?

Hi Philip,

Could you login into the AP where your client is connecting and run below commands.

get version

get wlanlist

get mode wifi1

get mode wifi0

Also check your client card's properties.

Is there any other 802.11n client which is not able to connect or see the SSID?

I can't create a new post (my browser console shows a "502 Unauthorized" error after I click the "Post" button) so seeing if I can post a reply.

Are there any commands that show information about the "Background Scans" performed by the AP?

Hi Eddy,

Download the AP support information and you should be able to find background scanning stats.

Below is a example text from AP support info.
