Hydrawise Irrigations system

I have a client where the landscaper just installed a Hunter Hydrawise irrigation system. It will not grab a DHCP address right away. After about 30 mins - 3hours it will grab one and then fall off. If we hook the irrigation system to a mobile hot spot it connects right away. All other devices at the Hydrawise location connect fine. We have a ZD1200 with R610 access points. Anyone run into this before or have some suggestions on what to try?

What platform are you using to monitor/ administrate your APs?
