Any Someone can inform to me about information Ruckus R510 connect to Zone Director 1200, about firmware, configuration ,and etc.

Hello Fahrizal,

R510 would connect/support on ZD 1200, you just need to make sure that controller is running on any version of 9.13 or above (since R510 is supported only from 9.13 image). Once you connect the AP to the controller it would auto sync and learn the new firmware with the configuration from the controller.

*Note: If you are on older version then 9.13 and need to upgrade kindly make sure you follow the supported upgrade path for all existing configuration save.

Hello Fahrizal,

If I am correct you mean about the firmware code on the AP, the AP could be on 100.x standalone version or ZD managed 9.10 or any version. Once the controller is on the supported 9.13 version it would upgrade the AP to 9.13 code. If you face any issue you can contact us anytime by using below option.
