topic H500 Standalone Setup in Access Points - Indoor and Outdoor

Hello all,

I'm trying to setup a H500 in my home with no ZD. I'm just installing this one. I'm not super deep into networking type things, but here's what I have so far.

I set up an SSID and I can see the network, but cannot seem to connect to it. The H500 is wired directly into a PoE switch (which is connected to my home router/PC). I can also see the MAC addresses of the devices I connect. Any help would be much appreciated.

i am assuming that IP assignment to devices is being done by your home router/PC and you are getting correct IP info so i would suggest that for the time being - you log into Ruckus device and under configuration on both 2.4 and 5ghz radio - change the channel from smart select to some manual channel. Then see if you are able to connect ok.
