I am setting up my zf7982 and I got to the step to go to 192.168.0.1 and it times out. I tried to ping it and it failed. I reset the device for 30 seconds and tried again without success. please advise

Can you connect /Wire your computer and AP to the same router or switch if any and see if how goes.

Time out sound like weak signal

not a week signal. They are connected. when I plug back straight into the computer there is no problem
