      <description>Hello, Community,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have the following problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Im using a Surface pro 3 and a surface pro 4 and they cant stay connected to my Ruckus r500.&lt;BR /&gt;They always disconnect after a while.&lt;BR /&gt;This Problem seems to be known but I havent found an Solution anywhere.&lt;BR /&gt;All Devices are up to date</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are running smartzone 100 with R500 APs.&amp;nbsp; Have several surf pro 3 and 4s.&amp;nbsp; No problems here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do remember an issue related to Radius authentication&amp;nbsp;at first, but firmware update to the R500 fixed that issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How are your surf connecting/authenticating?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
