      <description>I found several zf7363 from the warehouse,the product serial number on the back is 967-7363-JP02.I download firmware 9.7.1.0.17 from ruckswireless to update local,But  I can't use the products,can't configurate them,can't go back to the original configuration after restarting automaticlly.Is it something wrong during the updating or about the firmware?</description>

It look like you have devices where were supplied to Japanese ISP by Ruckus. Those devices were preconfigured as per ISP configuration. these devices will WORK only with ISP service to whom these were supplied.

You may have to contact THAT ISP to see if they can help you. Hope this helps.

      <description>As Monnat pointed out, those ordering part numbers indicate a Japaneze ISP, whom you must contact for assistance.&amp;nbsp; Ruckus cannot provide alternative access information.</description>
