hi. i have ruckus zf7372 and recently tried to upgrade the firmware. however, accidentally i was upgraded it with a wrong firmware and the access point now seems not working. only the LED power is ON. i tried to reset to the factory default by pressing the reset button, but no change. I ping the default ip: 192.168.0.1 and no reply. need help on how to revert to the previous firmware or at least to let me logged in to the configuration interface/GUI. tq in advance.
