      <description>I have updated to firmware on a 7363 AP using 7363_9.4.2.0.29.bl7 but now the AP doesnt respond. Tried a hard reset but still nothing. Anybody help?</description>

      <description>Hi Tim,&lt;BR /&gt;Did you do the pin hole reset ?&lt;BR /&gt;Which LEDs go on ?&lt;BR /&gt;Try rebooting several times.&lt;BR /&gt;The AP has two firmware banks, and it normally upgrades the oldest. and if that goes wrong boot up from the other bank.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Martin</description>

      <description>Hi Martin&lt;BR /&gt;It is fixed, I connected to my network on the off chance that I would see the mac address in the router arp, and there it was with DHCP, I am now able to log onto it.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;</description>
