Zone Flex R300 wds and bridge

Hi,
we bought two Zone flex R300 for a customers of us.
I need to perform a wds connection in order to extend the wifi range.
One AP should act as standalone and the other in bridge mode.
Is it possibile?

Smartcom,

I am afraid Zone flex AP's cannot be used as repeater. You Can return one of the R300 and get a repeater instead.

WDS Mode is enabled by default

rkscli: get wds-mode wlan0
wlan0 WDS Mode: Enabled

This means you could essentially get a device which could connect to the AP in WDS Bridge/STA mode and be able to rebroadcast traffic.

You cant however turn a r300 into a WDS Bridge/STA, so you would need another product for that
