      <title>Request for activation licenses for Ruckus R750 access points</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear RUCKUS Support Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are a higher education institution (university) and would like to request your assistance regarding RUCKUS wireless equipment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our organization has purchased &lt;STRONG&gt;five (5) units of Ruckus R750 access points&lt;/STRONG&gt; through a local &lt;STRONG&gt;government electronic procurement platform&lt;/STRONG&gt;. The equipment has been delivered to us by the supplier; however, &lt;STRONG&gt;activation/license keys were not provided&lt;/STRONG&gt; as part of the delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this stage, we would like to clarify the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is it possible to obtain the required &lt;STRONG&gt;activation/license keys&lt;/STRONG&gt; for the Ruckus R750 access points directly from RUCKUS,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If we provide the &lt;STRONG&gt;serial numbers&lt;/STRONG&gt; of each access point and the &lt;STRONG&gt;purchase documentation&lt;/STRONG&gt;, can the licenses be issued or restored for further use?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise us on:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the required procedure,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;the documents or information needed from our side,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;and whether the licenses should be obtained strictly through the original supplier or an authorized partner.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;We will be happy to provide the serial numbers, invoices, or any additional information upon your request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance for your support and guidance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;[David Madusmanov]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
