I navigated to the Maintenance/Upgrade menu, selected the Local upgrade method radio button, choose the local downloaded file (R310_200.7.10.202.145.bl7), and hit “Perform Upgrade."</P><P>But the firmware does NOT get upgraded.</P><P>What am I doing wrong, and how do I accomplish this firmware upgrade?</P><P>Thank you!
