    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 2x main SSID as below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Ruckus] A-WiFi &amp;gt;&amp;gt; All good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Ruckus] A-Guest &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Faced No Internet Issue on specific AP area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 2x R610 AP in that S&amp;amp;M department:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Hostname: RuckusAP-23&lt;BR /&gt;Hostname: RuckusAP-44&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, we are using Ruckus Unleashed The issue details as below:&lt;BR /&gt;- In our S&amp;amp;M Department, we have 2x Ruckus R610 AP that broadcast SSID "[Ruckus] A-WiFi" &amp;amp; "[Ruckus] A-Guest"&lt;BR /&gt;- The [Ruckus] A-WiFi has no issue on Internet connection&lt;BR /&gt;- But the [Ruckus] A-Guest has "No Internet, Connected" issue on that department only&lt;BR /&gt;- We have checked the uplink switch port configuration, seems same with other R610 APs on other departments&lt;BR /&gt;- We have performed "ipconfig /flushdns", "ipconfig /release" &amp;amp; "ipconfig /renew" to force reconnect to [Ruckus] A-Guest&lt;BR /&gt;- After a few moments, the Internet connection seems got on that SSID but sometimes the same "No Internet" prompt appeared again&lt;BR /&gt;- We have tried fine tuning the channeling manually between RuckusAP-23 &amp;amp; RuckusAP-44 to prevent interference&lt;BR /&gt;- We also disable 5Ghz WiFi on RuckusAP-23 because both AP's location quite close between each other around 5-7 meters&lt;BR /&gt;- After monitoring for a few days, seems the issue still happen&lt;BR /&gt;- We are sure that the issue not from Guest VLAN because other department not faced that issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please advice on this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Aimannfaizz,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please review the following points to help isolate the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if there is a firewall in the network that may be restricting traffic. If so, try switching to a VLAN without firewall restrictions and confirm whether this resolves the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verify if the SSID has any firewall settings applied.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Kiran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve confirmed that there is no firewall block on the Guest VLAN, since the same &lt;STRONG&gt;[Ruckus] A-Guest&lt;/STRONG&gt; SSID works fine in other departments without any issues. The problem only occurs in the S&amp;amp;M Department where the two R610 APs (RuckusAP-23 and RuckusAP-44) are deployed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The &lt;STRONG&gt;[Ruckus] A-WiFi&lt;/STRONG&gt; SSID in the same department works without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve verified the switch uplink ports and they are configured the same as other locations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve already tried DNS flush/release/renew, channel tuning, and even disabling 5GHz on one AP, but the issue persists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you advise on any AP-level or Unleashed configuration checks we should focus on next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Aiman&lt;/P&gt;</description>
