      <title>Unable to Downgrade Unleashed Firmware on R770</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Expert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to downgrade my R770 Unleashed firmware from &lt;STRONG&gt;200.18.7.1.323&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;200.16.7.0.402&lt;/STRONG&gt; via the Local Upgrade page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The R770 has an issue initializing Wi-Fi after completing the Quick Setup on version &lt;STRONG&gt;200.18.7.1.323&lt;/STRONG&gt;, so I would like to downgrade to &lt;STRONG&gt;200.16.7.0.402&lt;/STRONG&gt; for testing purposes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For reference, the AP was originally running the standalone firmware &lt;STRONG&gt;122.0.0.0.722&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I upgraded it to &lt;STRONG&gt;200.18.7.1.323&lt;/STRONG&gt; for testing, but the Wi-Fi initialization issue persists&lt;STRONG&gt;(Hardware problem detected during AP [XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX] attemp to join [No Radio])&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise how I can successfully perform the downgrade or how to setup the WIFI without problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;George Lin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chandini,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've reach local agent and they helped me upgrade back to R1 version and everything works fine so far except the cloud cannot contact R770. We will open ticket to continue the case.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BR,&lt;BR /&gt;George Lin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
