Try these steps:

Check Default IP – Connect directly to the AP via Ethernet and set your PC to a static IP (e.g., 192.168.1.10). Try accessing 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 in a browser.

Use SSH or Telnet – If the AP has SSH/Telnet enabled, try connecting with a tool like PuTTY using the default credentials.

Try a TFTP Recovery – Some APs support TFTP flashing. Check the manufacturer’s site for instructions on loading firmware via TFTP.

Check Serial Console – If you have a USB-to-serial adapter, you might be able to access the bootloader and force a flash.

Different Reset Method – Some APs require pressing the reset button before powering on, then holding for 30+ seconds.

Hi!

I bought a this used AP on ebay.

First tries to make a hard reset (for more than 30 s) didn´t work. In a proper established network the AP ist not pingable.

Green PWR-LED is on, green DIR-LED is flashing. Isuppose, a reflash is to be made, but I can´t reach the web-UI.

Is there another way to flash it? Or some other advice for me?

THX

peter
