      <title>R320 version mismatch - how to resolve</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have 3 R320 AP's, I have factory reset the first one and set that one up as a master. I then reset the next AP and tried to adopt that onto the system. I can see it, however the "Unleashed Dashboard" shows that it has a version mismatch. I have tried to update the 2nd AP but the update fails and I cannot add/use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please refer to the article linked below for detailed instructions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000001551" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Upgrade via TFTP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Method 2:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Disconnect the functional AP.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Keep the problematic AP online and perform a factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Upgrade the AP to the desired version and then perform another factory reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Ensure that all APs are running the same version.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Reconnect the initially working AP, followed by the other two APs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
