Hello,

On November 25, 2024 one of my access points stopped providing wifi. I noticed today, December 2, 2024, that this was still a problem, and the CTL light was rapidly flashing, with no lights on the 5g or 2.4g indicators. I pushed the reset button for 10 seconds and the access point rebooted, but still does not provide wifi, and now the CTL light flashes green slowly and the 5g and 2.4g lights remain off. How can I get this access point back online? I have two access points and the other one works fine, so I don't think I have a problem with my internet service.

Thank you,

Hi Bill H

Did you manage to get the AP working again?

If not as Ashwin mentioned we will need some additional information.

When you factory default the AP your configured SSID will be gone, so you will need to reconfigure it again.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

regards

Martin M

Hello - Yes, my AP is now working. I received an answer in the Lennar homes forum that helped me learn that my APs had never been receiving internet in the 4 years we have lived in our home. The problem I was experiencing was with the AT&T wireless signal fading. The Ruckus system was incorrectly wired and wasn't able to communicate to our AT&T box. I now have the Ruckus system properly connected and transmitting well through the APs. Thank you.
