Hi,

super/ sp-admin is the correct credential for a factory default AP. Looks like the factory default was not completed. Press and hold the reset button for 10 to 12 seconds and then release it. A continuous ping can be run to the AP during this time. If the factory default is successful the AP will reboot and ping to the AP will stop for sometime. Are there any controllers in the network, that the AP can communicate with ? If so, take the AP out from such networks and then try the factory default process again.

Hi, I got some used R500 which I had reset by pressing the RESET button for >10 seconds and when I tried the default username and password (super / sp-admin), it failed.

Had also tried some other combinations such as:

        super / password

        admin / password

        admin / sp-admin

Any idea what went wrong?
