      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just got 2 Ruckus H550s. They appear to be new out of the box. I can get to the Goahead Webserver for the "Ruckus Wireless Admin" interface by browsing to the IP, but the super / sp-admin login / password does not work.&amp;nbsp; The login / password is not accepted when I SSH in as well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A hard reset does not seem to reset the password.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, the problem was that the "soft" and "hard" reset button&amp;nbsp; labels are switched.&amp;nbsp; Everything good after a correct hard reset.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
