H550 Initial Setup from Ruckus Wireless Admin: Default Login and Password Not Working

I just got 2 Ruckus H550s. They appear to be new out of the box. I can get to the Goahead Webserver for the "Ruckus Wireless Admin" interface by browsing to the IP, but the super / sp-admin login / password does not work. The login / password is not accepted when I SSH in as well.

A hard reset does not seem to reset the password.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

- Are the APs running in Unleash firmware 200.x ?
- Are both APs showing same behavior?
- Are you trying to access the APs using default IP address 192.168.0.1?
- Have you tried holding factory reset button for 10-15 seconds?

Thanks, the problem was that the "soft" and "hard" reset button labels are switched. Everything good after a correct hard reset.

Yes This is Truth, problem was that the "soft" and "hard" reset button labels are switched. Everything good after doing hard reset using "SOFT" reset button.
