    <description>If you remember the Management VLAN ID you changed on the AP, you can try configuring the switch with same VLAN ID on 2 ports and connect AP and you laptop to those ports and try accessing the AP.</description>

      <description>during the configuration i have change de managment vlan id so i can't take control of my ap with the web browser. i would like to know if i can hard reset my ap or another solution please.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i dont have have any controllers just ruckus t300 ap</description>

      <description>Hi Paul,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you look close into the RJ45 connector you can see a small reset button, press it for some time and the AP will be factory reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards&lt;BR /&gt;Martin</description>
