Trying to install and activate a Ruckus R650 AP on to my residential network. Am MAC based here.

Have to R650 connected into a POE Switch. Powers up and can see the Config file on my network. When I click on the config file it asks me for a WPA2 password. Have tried the Ruckus default PW. sp-admin, but no connection. Have tried to connect direct with usb to my mac and access the default ip 192.168.0.1 but no luck there either. I am a user not an IT guy so could be something simple that I have no idea how to find. Please help. Thanks

You can’t connect via USB (unless you mean with a USB-to-Ethernet adapter). Reset the AP to factory defaults.

Thanks all - ended up. getting access to the set up page thru the IP address. It is programed and operating well. Thanks to all that contributed.
