    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My name is Yogesh and I am from Ruckus TAC.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try the below steps and if the issue is still seen, please create a case with our Ruckus Support and we can proceed further accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Try different LAN cables.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Try different ports on the switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Try to factory reset the AP using reset button (that is available between LAN ports) wherein you need to press and hold for 10 - 15seconds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the above steps did not help, while creating a case please add these steps and confirm that the steps were performed.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>R770 Stuck on Amber</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The R770 I just received never moves beyond a solid Amber light after turning on. I have waited several hours now to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have it connected to a POE switch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any guidance on how to get it to the next step?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Yogesh.&amp;nbsp; I was able to move beyond this by doing the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Using stronger POE injector (but after this, It would only go to flashing yellow)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Could not connect directly or over the unleashed app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had to follow the steps using CLI to enable HTTP on this thread:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/Access-Points-Indoor-and-Outdoor/R770-Flashing-Amber-and-can-t-set-up/m-p/74817/page/2" target="_blank"&gt;Solved: RUCKUS Forums - R770 Flashing Amber and can't set up - CommScope RUCKUS Community Forums&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have one WAP up and running and will work to add others.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
