Dear Ruckus Community,

I am having difficulties of connecting my EOL Ruckus R320 to my SmartZone 144 - Version 6.1.1.0.959, after I added the AP, it seems to appear on my SmartZone144 controller Access Point list, but it is unable to broadcast any internet connection and keep giving "AP [] connected because of [AP connected after discovery]" before giving "AP [] heartbeat lost.". The error keep happening again no matter how much I reset the AP, I double check my AP's IP's Address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway, Controller's IP Address and it seems to be correct but still unable to connect to the internet.

FYI, I have added other AP models such as R350,T350,R550 and R700 beforeand I never had any problem with adding those AP models to my SmartZone 144 controller.

Is there anyway for me to manually upgrade my R320 firmware to match my Controller's firmware since the controller seems to fail in upgrading the firmware automatically?

I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions. Thank You.
