In the backyard the is a flat black wire that is almost hanging on top of his fence the wire is coming off a power pole and has 2 black boxes 2” high by 6” by9”) on it that say “COMMSCOPE”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea of what this black wire is for? &amp;nbsp;All of the electrical and communication wires for his home have been put underground.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
