I purchased an 901-R710-US00 and wish to configure it as a stand alone AP.

I downloaded the FW of rcks_fw_R710_100_2_1_0_148.BL7 file.

Tried to upgrade the R710 to this firmware and am getting "AP image signing : Incompatible Image"

Can somebody please point me to the proper firmware image so i can make this AP into a standalone AP?

Could you please factory reset the AP and try this image - https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/3877-ruckus-solo-access-point-118-2-0-0-875-release-r710

thank you for your reply.. now have a different problem

I have a device stuck in the SP that has the wrong ip network on it.. and want to get it out but outside of factory resetting.. don't know how to do it. and fyi. there is no remove device next to the device in the acl list. any ideas?

You will need to factory reset it.
