Hi i would like to know the exact máximum amount of gain of the antenas for this two equipment, can someone help!

The antennas of both AP models have a gain of 3 dBi. You can check the same in their respective datasheets :-

another question, the gain of the antennas are able to be modify or made any configuration to get more than 3 dBi?

Hi @iwells , No these are internal antennas so you cannot modify their gain.
