RUCKUS R 320 SLOW WIFI SPEED

Hi,

I use R320 as my AP and have upgraded my internet speed to 300mbps from 100mbps. But the wifi speed that I can get is less than 20mbps, almost the time. So, how can I adjust the settings to get the maximum speed for my Wi-Fi? By using LAN/direct to router, I can get the maximum speed as subscribed.

Please help me.

Hi Lukman,

There could be many reasons for slow speed.

Could you please provide more details.

Confirm the AP version
Confirm if AP is managed by a controller or working in standalone mode.
Make sure Channelization setting on the WLAN settings is set to Auto.
Check if WLAN or client rate limit configured on the WLAN advanced settings.

You may also create a new WLAN with default settings and see how it performs.
