I have uploaded and applied the 3569-smartzone-ap-patch to my VSZ.

I have created a Zone for the T301S.

1) How do I give that zone version 5.2.2. ? When I attempt to load it onto the VSZ, it says unsupported version.

2) How do I get my T301S APs to join a zone running 6.1.0.0. ?

Hello @lvan,

Please let us know the currently running version of the vSZ and what is the AP firmware on the Zone.

T301S APs are not supported on the 6.0 and above version of the vSZ. The Maximum the controller can be upgraded to support the T301S is 5.2.2.X

The VSZ is at 6.1.0.0.935.

The zone is at 6.1.0.0.1595

You must upload the 5.2.2 AP Patch in the AP patch section:
