      <title>Ruckus R320 fails to synchronize firmware version with smartzone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two R320 need to register to smartzone(version:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;5.2.2.0.317), both of them are successfully discovered by smartzone but fails to&amp;nbsp;synchronize firmware version, both shows offline afterwards. One of their configuration status stays at New Configuration and the other one is Firmware Downloaded. I am unable to access the ap by any methods including GUI and SSH, the power LED is on and CTL is slow blinking.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also, select the AP and from under the events share the screenshot for the reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The above will help us validate the reason the APs are not coming online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you!&lt;BR /&gt;Amith&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
