Controller shows green. Internet signal shows green. Wire connecting to ap does not blink. Note - I did reset on controller as it was stuck in amber light.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had power reset and controller went into boot mode with all light as amber.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I factory reset the controller, now lights are green but the port connecting AP doesnt turn green. Any suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rukus is down since a week. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! Please help me clarify the current status. Do you mean the controller is now operational but the APs are not being managed by the controller?&lt;BR /&gt;In that case, did you configure to the controller the same IP address it had before the reset to factory settings?&lt;BR /&gt;Please share some pcitures or screenshots tha depict what is happening exactly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Ketur.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you share a picture of the status of the LEDs in the affected AP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can login to the CLI of the ICX using SSH and run the command 'show lldp neighbors detail' and paste it here as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for checking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To log into the CLI of the ICX using SSH, you can follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open an SSH client application such as PuTTY or Xssh.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Enter the IP address or hostname of the ICX switch you want to connect to.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Specify the SSH protocol and port number (default is port 22).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Provide the login credentials, including the username and password associated with the ICX switch. (super/sp-admin by default)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press Enter or click on the "Connect" button to initiate the SSH connection.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the connection is established, you will be logged into the CLI of the ICX switch, where you can execute commands and configure the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please let me know, and I'll be glad to assist you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
