AP green light wont come up on controller

Hi team

We had power reset and controller went into boot mode with all light as amber.

I factory reset the controller, now lights are green but the port connecting AP doesnt turn green. Any suggestion?

Rukus is down since a week. Please help.

Hello! Please help me clarify the current status. Do you mean the controller is now operational but the APs are not being managed by the controller?
In that case, did you configure to the controller the same IP address it had before the reset to factory settings?
Please share some pcitures or screenshots tha depict what is happening exactly.

Yes. Controller shows green. Internet signal shows green. Wire connecting to ap does not blink. Note - I did reset on controller as it was stuck in amber light. Here is the image.

Could you share a picture of the status of the LEDs in the affected AP?

You can login to the CLI of the ICX using SSH and run the command 'show lldp neighbors detail' and paste it here as well.

To log into the CLI of the ICX using SSH, you can follow these steps:

Open an SSH client application such as PuTTY or Xssh.
Enter the IP address or hostname of the ICX switch you want to connect to.
Specify the SSH protocol and port number (default is port 22).
Provide the login credentials, including the username and password associated with the ICX switch. (super/sp-admin by default)
Press Enter or click on the "Connect" button to initiate the SSH connection.

Once the connection is established, you will be logged into the CLI of the ICX switch, where you can execute commands and configure the device.
