      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Ruckus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have this Zoneflex R510 that we would like to release it from the zone director (that die last week) and reset to factory reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;trying this guide here didnt help/work greeting the old controller config&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Default IP 192.168.0.1 or configured IP\DHCP?&lt;BR /&gt;Login to the CLI and try the command "set factory" this should reset the AP of the reset pin is not helping.&lt;BR /&gt;Now the AP should respond on the default IP 192.168.0.1, if not it might obtain an IP from DHCP if it is reachable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once done, login to the AP CLI and share the output of below command from AP CLI:&lt;BR /&gt;get director&lt;BR /&gt;get wlanlist&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
