&lt;P&gt;Could you provide more information like what do you mean by Unsecured?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it the wifi connection itself showing unsecured or the controller?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please provide details like what product you are using, what is the current software version, screenshot of the problem will also help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is related to wifi connection showing unsecured then just log into the RUCKUS controller and make sure SSID is configured with WPA2 or WPA3 encryption with a passphrase. If it is RUCKUS Controller web page showing unsecured then you have to buy a signed certificate and import on RUCKUS Controller to make its web server secure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We reset our Ruckus router to change our internet provider and now not only did it change the wifi name - which is an easy fix but now it is UNSECURED - and I cannot find how to make it secure again...I don't see a WPA/anything???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
