    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rao,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The LED is not showing any light and Yes I have already tried the hard reset and it did not work. I was able to check the wire by using a computer and the wire looks good as it is able to transfer data successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ritesh&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>All the Access Points R510 stopped working at the same time.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the ruckus system installed in my house and all the access points have stopped working at the same time. I have talked to support team and the associate suggested that the hardware has gone bad and would need to be replaced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise the best way to get the replacement as the technical support team needs a 'Confirmation' from this forum for them to be able to issue the replacement access points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if you need any other details from me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ritesh&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ritesh,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you verify the LED status on the AP and also if you have tried Hardreset on the AP by pressing reset button?&amp;nbsp; Also confirm if you able to get internet access if you plug your computer to same port as AP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rao&lt;/P&gt;</description>
