R650 Con not discovering IoT devices

I have R650 AP joined the IoT controller but when I try to discover IoT devices I couldn’t be able to see any thing

The AP also joined the Zonecontroller 100 and I can connect my mobile with 5G ssid so it means the AP is functioning correctly

I am using zigbee protocol not ble

any idea about this issue?

Hi @Mohammadsaeed

Since the AP is connected to the IOT controller, this is between the IOT Radio and the IOT devices.
Couple of things we can try, make sure the IOT Radio is set to channel 25 with full power.

If still not working then we might need to check this over a remote session as there are multiple things we need to verify. Could you please open a support case so that we can check on this.

You should be able to see the AA in plugins list as below :

Note : Once the plugin has been enabled it will not show again in the list until deactivated/deleted.
